What will you be doing:

As our Parts Coordination Management Trainee, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

- Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines, and local requirements
- Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
- Actively follow-up the status of orders and quotes
- Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
- Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
- Follow up with supply chain of parts deliveries according to agreed process
- Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.
- Build profitable customer relationships in order to provide feedback and valuable information. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have interest in spare parts and logistics. As an ideal candidate, you have a positive mindset and a genuine interest to work towards building strong customer relationships. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a clear and structured approach to your work and focus on quality.

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (technical or commercial)
- Experience within spare parts order & logistics is preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Why you and us
